Septic Pumping Services

I had a very disappointing experience with Eric from septic bumping services. They were hired to install a new septic system at my home, but the entire process left me frustrated and unsatisfied. First, they damaged my fence during the installation, which I was told wasn’t going to be touched before hired and despite promises to repair it, they have not followed through. It cost me $2000 to repair. Additionally, they failed to properly level and cover the dirt and ditches after completing the work, leaving behind an unsafe mess with broken glass, plastic debris, sharp pieces, and exposed wiring sticking out of the ground. I have small children on the property. The entire job was supposed to take three weeks and it wasnt completed for seven months. He left the caps to the septic tank unscrewed for 3 months, I have small children, which is an extreme hazard and risk of them falling in and drowning. When the weather started to get warmer, there was a sewage smell taking over my entire yard , he never capped the pipes to the septic tank and left them sticking out for months without cutting them down. He finally came back after many attempts of asking. They also ripped my electric out of the ground, even though I told them where it was. His contract does state that he is not responsible for ripping Electric out of the ground however, the electric that he pulled out was very important, after I expressed this to him, he said he would repair it for me, I thought this was very nice and it was very appreciated, but after he was paid in full he never came back to repair the electric, now I have unsafe live electric sticking out of the ground in my backyard. to keep Electric on now in my shed, I have to run an extension cord from my garage to my shed, which is also a hazard. Their lack of cleanup and concern for safety has been unacceptable. I expected professionalism and thoroughness, but unfortunately, this company did not meet those standards. I would strongly advise caution before hiring them, as my experience has been quite negative. PLEASE BEWARE!!! never pay him in full before the job and all his fake promises are complete. I am the furthest thing from a difficult customer. Eric maybe it’s a good idea you don’t make promises to your customers if you won’t fulfill them. My husband just gave him one more chance to make things right and he told us that he would take our house form us whatever that means and also file a A lawsuit against us. Do business elsewhere this was the most terrible experience I’ve ever had.
