My daughter and I stopped by Sedona Permanent Jewelry while visiting the town on vacation. We decided to get matching bracelets to remember our trip. Just the next day, my bracelet broke at the weld and fell off while I was out shopping. It did not even last 24 hours. I was very disappointed and reached out to the company via social media DM. They responded and requested I send a picture and some more information via email. I sent that information right away, but I have yet to hear back from them and 10 days have passed. I've tried reaching out again via email and social media to no avail. Now I'm stuck with an $80 broken bracelet that will cost me another $20 to have fixed back in my hometown. I am very disappointed with their lack of follow through and customer service. So much for "permanent" bracelets.
