Omg I’m so grateful for this company! He fixed and unlocked my phone under 15mins.
Great experience! Taqui knows what he is doing. I had a broken power button. He fixed it in one hour!
This place is great! I needed my charging port repaired, and the gentleman went above and beyond to get the part and get it fixed. Would definitely recommend!
If the place looks shady, more likely it is. I went to this shop to replace a crack in my screen. The crack did not impair my phone at all, but the aesthetics bothered me. The guy ordered the screen replacement and when it arrived, I drove to their sister store to get it repaired. When I picked it up the phone, case was not fully sealed but was assured it would take another 30min to seal up with glue. I was encouraged to leave the rubber bands in place until then. Later that night, I removed the rubber bands and realized my finger print sensor no longer worked. I then found my camera did not work either. I also noticed there was an empty sl... Later that night, I removed the rubber bands and realized my finger print sensor no longer worked. I then found my camera did not work either. I also noticed there was an empty slot on the side, which was not on my previous case. I contacted the owner and he said, no problem, bring it in and they'll resolve it. He was very congenial, so I played it out. My next visit the owner realized the wrong part was ordered. I figured that was the reason why the finger sensor and camera no longer functioned. Nope. Second part arrived and as I went to get it repair again, the owner got very frustrated. He had to give me a full refund because he could not fix the phone's finger sensor or camera any longer. He said I was lucky that he didn't charge me a restocking fee. (wait?!? what? you ordered the wrong part) He quite literally called me a liar in the store stating that my phone was trashed to begin with, to which I said, if that was the the situation, why wouldn't I have purchased a new phone. He claimed I was trying to scam him. I suspect he was projecting the scam theory. The place looks like it is a front and keeps, what appears to be, a body guard on premises. I am sure people have had good service because he states everyone who goes in there is like 'family' but my experience was horrible and I had to give up my favorite phone because of this jack wad. And then get yelled at and called names.
