We are so grateful for the service. We moved into our house a few months ago and the fireplace hadn't ever been cleaned. There was over 20 years of soot and you could'nt even seen the fire. Scott did an amazing job! It looks absolutley stunning now! You can see the fire and all of details of the logs. He did impressive work and we plan to seek his services in the future! We also love that it is a veteran owned business!

Chris was very responsive to our initial request and got us scheduled as his time allowed. We had not serviced our gas in insert in quite a while and he really improved performance explained what was going on with it and made it look like brand new. We don’t really have a before picture, but this is almost a 18-year-old unit and it seems to be running like new! Highly recommended for any servicing needs you might have

Beware of 5 star posts from 5 years ago. I had service today 6/7/24 and had to question if he actually got onto my roof. I never saw him up there working on my Chimney. I saw him place the ladder next to the house and saw him climb it And look at me in my back yard. Never heard him walk on my roof. Never saw him on my roof or take out a Chimney sweeping brush. He arrived looking bothered. Never said hello. Walked in And began setting up which took 15 minutes. He was here and gone in 30 minutes. Charged me 180$. Never said thank you for my business, just handed me the bill and took my check..... drove away... I still don't believe he cleaned the flu..... just no time to do so...... I don't recommend this guy ever! Very dishonest! Rude! And dust all over my fireplace.... The money paid for the service was outrageous!

I met Chris today for a pellet stove cleaning. My stove hasn't worked properly for long while. Chris did a magnificent job cleaning my chimney and pellet stove. He also took the time in explaining the mechanism of air flow which has never been discussed with prior chimney sweeps. Now I realize why my stove wasn't working properly and covering everything in my house with black soot. Thank goodness I had the good fortune to meet Chris. He is cordial and very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I recommend him highly. He made my day!!! Kathy Cooper
