Very pleased with Scott’s. The staff were super friendly, very informative and honest. I thought I needed a replacement which turned out I didn’t need. They let me know it wasn’t necessary. You don’t get that kind of honesty from everyone. The inspection and report sent is top notch. Will definitely return to Scott’s for all mechanical needs going forward.
Service Representative Russell made me comfortable with leaving my truck in his hands. He's knowledgeable and respectful and explains clearly of Scott's prices and procedures. Stayed focused on my issues and not all over the place like the representative from my last visit to Scott's. Keep up the good work.
Scheduled an appointment with Scott's for the first time today and all I can say is WOW! First of all, the place is immaculate, even the restroom! Everyone was extremely welcoming and service was top notch. I came all the way from Globe and was not disappointed. They performed an oil change, air filter replacement, and cabin air filter replacement. They even conducted a full assessment of my vehicle to make sure everything was in perfect working order. No pushy sales, just updates on things to consider down the road. They even pointed out a non-serious issue and suggested I have my dealership cover it under warranty. This place has my business from now on. If you're thinking about having work done here, Just Do It!
