Kameron came out to flush and check our water heater, and I had a great experience. He was very casual and easy to talk, which was great. He took the time to explain what he was doing, answered all of my impromptu questions, and gave helpful advice without making anything feel over complicated. Really appreciate the quality service and would definitely recommend!
Called about my heater not working. Dustin Bertram showed up within an hour. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue in a professional manner. Definitely would recommend Dustin and Schroeders to anyone!
Our furnace went out on a Saturday and Heidi was very helpful in getting Mike to our home within hours to diagnose the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable about what the issue was on the furnace. Repair or replace? He left us heaters to keep our house warm until Monday when Zac and Cory or was it Cody? came to give us an estimate on a new furnace. Also very nice guys and professional. They ordered the new furnace and on Wednesday Sam and another tech (can't remember his name, sorry!) arrived to take out the old broken down one and put in the brand new one. They were kind and did a great job installing it and cleaning up after installation. Very satisfied with Schroeder's Home Services and their employees! All real nice people!
Talk about good service. This is 2nd time in a month schroeders have saved my 81 yr old mom. Service tec Dustin was outstanding. He went above and beyond sending me photos and a wealth of information and super easy to communicate with. Mason on the 1st service call was very good also. Everyone I talked to, Hidi, Becky and Cory in sales are super nice. Cory said we can have a new one in on thus. that's in a day and a half with a price for replacement furnace that is to good to pass up. Hidi answered the call on January 1st late night. Before any other company did. Now on the coldest week of the year, on a weekend, she was there again. Some company's took 3 days to return the call. schroeders answered the call now. Thanks again Dustin. Stay close. Our 24 yr old furnace just whispered your name.
Called Schroeder because I purchased all my appliances there and they bought out Phil's Heating how I've used for the last 30 plus years. The reason I called was to get estimate on how much they would charge to replace all my fresh water lines inside and outside of the house. Cody stopped by and looked everything over and later that same day set me the estimate. The cost seemed far and about what I was expecting, so I agreed to everything without hesitation. The day comes to start the project and they where right on time. Everyone was eager to get started and didn't waste anytime. The whole day everyone worked hard digging up the lines from the house to the main. Very professional the whole time even when it started to get a bit warm outside. It ended up being about an 11 hour day. When they left for the day the whole was covered back up. Granted I knew going into this that I would need to do some landscaping afterwards. Tomorrow we are doing the inside and I'm expecting the same professionalism as I experienced today. Would I hire them again? No question in my mind, yes I wouldn't think twice about it. Good contractors are very hard these days to find. I've always experienced 110% and they have always delivered.
