I called to have them replace a circulation pump on my Radiant Flooring. They asked for pictures ahead of time which I sent. They arrived stood looking bewildered at the system and asked where the shut off valve was located. I told them I didn't know. However, I have two panels, they looked in only one and informed me a shut off valve would need to be installed. I said, I am sure it has one and am uncomfortable having having the system messed with when just the pump needs to be replaced. The one plumber got very irrate and yelled at me, "fine, get someone else to do the work" and stormed out. I honestly believe they aren't knowledgeable about Radiant Flooring Systems. Instead of getting angry and acting unprofessional they should have told me this or explained how the system could have been installed without a shut off valve. I would never recommend them to anyone for any plumbing work. Sincerely, A Plumber's Daughter

I had a problem with my toilet and these fine folks came out quickly and fixed the problem. I'll definitely call them again. Now, like all of Cumberland, they are majorly backlogged on big jobs, but I appreciate their coming as quickly as they did within an hour or two of calling when another company told me it would be next week to get to an emergency call.
