John and his team were exceptional with our yearly pest spray and update. This was a replacement for our previous provider, and the difference was night and day — honestly like comparing a Ferrari to a Datsun. John was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain exactly what was done, what was treated, and how the protection works. He also made sure our newborn and dogs were safely away, which we really appreciated. The service was comprehensive, professional, and never rushed. For the time, care, and detail provided, the value was outstanding — I genuinely feel like he undercharged. Highly recommend John and his company if you want the job done properly, not just ticked off.

Jeremy from Scarborough Pest Control was absolutely amazing today for our annual. He was polite, respectful, and took the time to explain everything he had done around the house. He even shared really helpful knowledge about different pests so I understood what to look out for in the future. What really stood out was how personable he was. His warm demeanour was so respectable. He made the effort to greet my dog properly, offering his hand so my pooch could get his scent and feel comfortable with him being in the home. Such a nice touch showing genuine care and professionalism. Jeremy truly went above and beyond.
