1/7/26-Service tech Tyler conducted an annual maintenance check of our sump pumps and back up battery. We found him to be very knowledgeable, experienced, and polite. He offered a lot of helpful advice. If possible, we’d request his services for our next service call.
Scaldino Solutions were excellent to work with. They were on time, efficient and very professional. They explained to me what the job entailed, the duration and plan of attack to get the job done. They followed up with a phone call to make sure everything went smooth and to see if I was satisfied with the job they performed. I highly recommend Scaldino for your basement needs. I had an excellent experience with Scaldino Solutions. They were very professional and I was so surprised that they finished the installation of my French drain and pump in one day. I was so lucky that they were able to send at least 7 people to do the installation. Jonesy, the supervisor, kept me informed on their progress and explained afterwards what the process had included. It was a pleasure working with Will and Michelle too!
Scaldino did a great job for us! As we were trying to make our decision, Mitch was very accessible and patient, answering all of our questions. The crew led by Johnny and Mike finished our French drains in one day instead of the estimated two. They were attentive to our needs, adjusted their plans when our general contractor had a request, and cleaned up well afterwards. Keith was also helpful with detailed answers to our questions on the day of the job. Michelle at the home office was always clear and helpful with billing and scheduling. Very pleased with Scaldino’s service and professionalism from start to finish! Highly recommended.
