They did a great job in all of the restoration needs after our major water leak. The communication was good. All of the other contractors that they had did a professional job and answered whatever questions we may have. I highly recommend these guys to whatever needs to be done. SB just did a total remodel of my Mom’s bathroom. They were GREAT. Lanae was wonderful! I was in the insurance business over 40 years and we always recommended SB for any storm damage or other issues. We had a major hail storm a few years ago and John and his team were great with our claim and all of our neighbors. This is the ONLY COMPANY I WOULD EVER HAVE IF I HAD STORM DAMAGE AGAIN and also if I DO ANY RENOVATIONS
Could of done better all around from cleaning to customer service. Carpets looked the same and no one in the office could give me a straight answer when asked for a copy of there initial assessment of the mold and air quality test readings. Greg especially wasn’t any help during or after the entire process and I had to move everything out of the rooms by myself even after Greg said they would take care of it and didn’t and wanted to charge me to reschedule for them to come back out after I move everything myself.
