I hired Mohammad and SAS Roofing last fall following several recurring roof leaks over the course of 2-3 years and I'm very happy I did so. Mohammad was very professional and friendly, and explained clearly what my options were between repairing areas of the roof that seemed to be weak or replacing the whole roof, which would come with a 10-year warranty. I decided to go for the full replacement for peace of mind and because my roof was over 10 years old. Mohammad's crew was efficient and professional and they cleaned after themselves. Although it was not cheap, the price felt fair for the scope of the job and I'm happy to report that after the ton of snow we've had since then, there is no more leaking. I'm now planning to hire SAS to repair the wall and ceiling damages from the leaks, and some other facade repairs to my Brooklyn brownstone. Mohammad is knowledgeable and knows his trade, and I never felt pressured to go for a more expensive solution. I highly recommend him and his company!
