Had plumbing work done today with the installation of a Moen automatic water shut-off valve, along with a new Daikin variable system. The technicians were excellent—very professional, respectful, and careful with my newly purchased home. It’s hard to find a company these days with that level of integrity. My salesman Kevin Z. also deserves a shout-out. He put together a great deal for me that included 10-year parts and labor, which gives me peace of mind for the next decade. I needed to have my water heater replaced and so I call Sansone and spoke to David and he advised that he had a someone in Fort Lauderdale and can have him stop by on the way up, approximately 45 minutes later EJ was at my door, he assessed the situation and took some photos and gave me a quote. I ask how long it will take and he said about 3 hours, I gave the okay and he did a wonderful job. EJ was also able to repair an issue I had with the toilet running. I am so glad I called. Thanks EJ for a great job. It is appreciated.

The technicians were fantastic, very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The installation went perfectly, everything was explained to me and all my questions were answered. Great experience.
