Their sales team was very knowledgeable and friendly. Sunday morning I woke up to a gashing hole under my sink. They made sure the replacement fit like a glove. They saved my life and my kitchen. The owner was hilarious. I came in crying and left laughing. Thank you for making a bad situation so much better. These people are amazing !!!!

My parents’ rental property has a 100-gallon water heater that was installed back in 2007. It started leaking late last night, and we needed a replacement as soon as possible for our tenants. I spent the morning calling around — everywhere I looked online (including Lowe’s and Home Depot) showed delivery times of nearly a month out. I called several supply houses with no luck. Just when I was about to give up, I called Sanford Plumbing Supply, and to my surprise, they actually had the exact model in stock!
