I replaced my garage door because mice and snakes were getting in. The new garage door came with a compacted twisted bottom supposedly from the shipping straps which Brad said should drop down in a month. When it didn’t drop down after a month Brad would not return my phone calls so I spent $3,000 for a new garage door that lets leaves blow in and mice and snakes can still get in.
Sandia Garage Door was a life saver! Will recommend them to anyone in need of services. After backing into my door, another company had quoted me $8,000 for full replacement. I sought a second opinion from Sandia Garage and wish I would’ve just called them first! Turns out the door didn’t need replacing at all, just a simple motor replacement. The work was done efficiently and was well priced. Really grateful that such a trustworthy, honest, ethical company like Sandia Garage Door exists out here! Love a company with integrity, thank you again!
Initially this seemed like a good deal but is quickly turning into a nightmare. We had the spring on our garage door replaced back in May of 2019 and we were told that it had a lifetime warranty. We just had the spring break this past weekend and I called to see when it could be addressed. The Website says they are open 24/7. I call on Saturday, no answer, I left a message. I called on Sunday, no answer, I left a message. They called me back on Monday and told me that the spring is no longer on a lifetime warranty coverage but only a 5 year warranty coverage. They don't keep records so I had to find the receipt from when they came out last time. One problem. We bought the house since then and the receipt is with the previous owner. Update: Brad and Joyce have turned things around for us. I couldn't produce a receipt but Brad asked if I had anything to show that they were here before and I showed him their old calling card. They honored the warranty. We have our garage door working again. Thank you both!
Had new springs installed by Sandia Garage Door a couple years ago, and the door opener started to have issues lifting the door recently. Called Brad and he came out and tuned it up and reset my opener settings for no cost. Appreciate a company that stands by its products and workmanship. Recommend Sandia Garage Door if you want your door repaired at a reasonable price by someone who stands behind their work. Thanks Brad!
We need a repair quickly! Not only, did Sandia Garage door answer after 5pm. They were able to fit me in the next day. When they arrived they got strait to work and did a very good job. They made the repair look easy. Sandia Garage door repair was also fast! They showed up at 11am and by 11:30 my garage door was back up and running. Thank you Sandia Garage door repair.
