I went to Sam’s carpet one here in Pueblo to have hardwood floors installed in my entire house. My estimate came up to $6300 and I was OK with it because they usually do a pretty good job. after two days of the installer putting the floor down, he called me at work and said he was done and he clean the whole house for me. I told him thank you but when I got home it was a mess and the job was horrible. I contact Jeremy at Sam’s Carpet One and told him. He said they would send out a new installer to look at my problem all the trim work that was not sit flush against the molding. They filled in with caulking and didn’t paint it. At first they told me they were gonna take the trim off and paint it and reinstall it, and then they told me they were just gonna leave it and paint it on the floor. I told him don’t bother coming back out I will fix the problem myself I would probably never use Sam’s carpet one again.I forgot to add the hole in the wall that they made 🤬

We had Sam's Carpet One install over 600 square foot of Carpet in our home the Carpet is suppose to have a fifteen year warranty on installation and stain resistant. (Etc) the installation was sub par the seams are very noticeable Ryan the owner said he fired the installers and also said he is not selling that Carpet any more due to complaints all I want is my Carpet to be repaired.he is refusing to do so he has offered to replace the Carpet we went to his store and picked out a replacement out of samples that he picked out then he got all belligerent with me on the phone and stated good luck on getting the replacement Carpet. I can care less about new Carpet I just want the seams to be fixed and be done with this immature so call owner.I have pictures of the seams to show anyone the lousy job that was done.Iwould not recommend this store to anyone.I just had my downstairs recarpeted by Lowes and the job they did is so much better than the job that Sam's Carpet One did.I never refused a independent inspection send them on unless your scared to show the type of work that was done to my house like I said I can care less about new Carpet I want mine fixed then I don't want anything more to do with your store
