If you’re looking for a great place to get your jewelry fixed and find some interesting gold accessories this is a place to go. It is a Mom and pop store but I would say an advance a Mom and pop store meaning they’ve been doing this for a long time. The best part is in my experience they will only charge you what is necessary and they will give you the sound advice that you need to move forward. Give them a shot and experience great customer service with care which i feel has been lost or forgotten and saw it at Sai’s once again.

I had a wonderful experience at this Sai Jewelers store today. The staff (Bhanu) was extremely polite, patient, and knowledgeable, and she explained everything clearly without any pressure. I was offered a very good discount by the owner who was really friendly and the pricing was fair and transparent.The service was excellent from start to finish, and I’m really happy with the quality of the item I purchased. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for genuine price lookup and great customer service.

Buyers BEWARD! One of the worst places I have ever shopped at. They sell you stuff which is poorly made and it breaks easy. And then will refuse to exchange or repair and blame it on the customer even though the issue is the poor make of the jewelry. I have been wearing nose pins screwed in for 18 years. And never have I seen such bad craftsmanship that it breaks within the first attempt to unscrew it. I didn’t even have to use force to open, one little twist and it broke. The owner who is sweet and kind till you buy the stuff will outrightly tell “you sorry the repair guy said it can’t be fixed and we don’t do refund so you have to buy new one.” Why would I buy another piece when the first one lasted not even one use, why would I spend money on something that they guarantee will last, only to deny accountability when you bring it to them. You are better off going to chain jewelers or flying to Cali or NJ to get it from more credible jeweler. Never returning again. I’m so glad i didnt spend too much at this store
