I recently got two pairs of winter leather boots, and they needed stretched out in the back. I brought them in, and they were honest that it might not help as much as I think. Which, I really appreciated. Luckily, what they did helped a lot and now both pairs of shoes fit without hurting! Highly recommend , enjoyed supporting this small business.
Went elsewhere. Here facial expressions told me she didn't want to do it. Drove to Cambridge Springs. Got it done for half of her estimate with a smile and great attitude. The leather match was closer almost perfect at alternative to Rudy's
Shoes came out brand new and they did a very good job of replacing the soles and welts after they fell off. In terms of the work they did it was phenomenal! However, it did take them almost 2 months after they initially quoted a few weeks and they didnt get back to me with a quote about how much a shoe repair would cost until 3 weeks in. Otherwise great job done.
Have been using Rudy’s for the past year while living in Erie and they’re phenomenal! Fast turn around and really good at restoring your shoes or adding more holes to straps. Love supporting a local business who is fantastic at their trade!
I cannot say enough good things about Rudy’s. I took a vintage Louis Vuitton wristlet there to have a strap loop repaired. Having never been to Rudy’s and the wristlet being an LV, I was a little hesitant. I was hopeful they could fix it without the repair being too noticeable. Imagine my surprise when I picked up the wristlet and their repair to the piece was above and beyond my expectations. It looked amazing and the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Rudy’s for all of your leather repairs.
