After a very frustrating experience with another plumbing company that spent hours and failed to resolve our washing machine drain clog, Charlie was a breath of fresh air. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and took the time to ask thoughtful clarifying questions before starting any work. He clearly explained his diagnostic approach and made sure I was comfortable with each step. Charlie began at the P-trap and verified proper flow by having me flush the toilet, then worked methodically back toward the washing machine standpipe. He used the appropriate equipment, including a drain snake and controlled water testing from the wall connection, and was able to fully clear the clog without causing any flooding or mess. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and approached the job with care and precision. The entire issue was resolved in about an hour, and the price was extremely fair at $250—especially after we had already spent significantly more with no resolution elsewhere. Charlie’s professionalism, technical skill, and respectful communication made a stressful situation much easier.
