Called for an appointment to get an estimate on a repair that I need done asap. Scheduled the appointment for 1/13 between 10a & 12p. At 10 minutes to 12 I still hadn’t heard or seen anyone so I called. Was told that they were on a job and they didn’t give me a time (they did) but that they have to take care of jobs first. Too bad for them bc they might have gotten another job had they actually showed up to give me an estimate.
We had a great experience! Quickly responded to the issue we had. Everyone from the office to the techs were beyond professional and answered any questions we had with absolute certainty. The techs were nice and had our water up and running in no time. I would highly recommend!
Excellent experience. We had a hot water heater issue and they came out the same day and the two gentlemen who did the work were extremely respectful and did a fantastic job with the work. We are now having them pump out our septic it was such a great experience.
