Horrible service. We paid $175 and our microwave still doesnt work. The owner installed a $150 part with $50 in labor and $125 service fee. This was after 2 plus weeks of waiting, after diagnosis. I had asked if it was worth repairing or should we just buy a new microwave. He said our microwave was high end and worth repairing. Cory says, every time, "we'll call you back" and I give it a few weeks and have to call for status. (around 10 calls over 2 plus months were made by me) . When you call this place, Corey is short, rude and dismissive. I had read about this on FB but our first contact was not like that. Once the owner screwed up the di... Horrible service. Four days of a working microwave (he said he didnt really know what he did, but it began to work) and it quit again. That's when Ron's Appliance quit playing nice. All professionalism went out the window. No promised follow-up calls, no status on the new part that he guessed we would need (originally stated it would be 2 weeks out). This has been going on since early December and we still sit without working microwave after paying $175. They say the part is ordered from the manufacturer and they now have absolutely no idea when it will arrive. A month? Nope. A year? Who knows? It's been a long time with no follow up calls. I asked to speak to an owner today and was told there were none available. Cory said Derek was the owner. He's the one who came to our house. I mean, if you aren't sure of what you're doing, say so. If you screw up, own it. This lady answering your phones isn't doing your business any favors. I realize appliance repair folks are hard to find and don't need our business but at least be fair. We simply asked for a refund since our microwave is in the exact same non-working condition yet we paid $175. Nope. No refund. We are just SOL.

Very friendly employees, and very knowledgeable. They’ve helped us with a finicky dishwasher, and they will be doing a dishwasher installation for us soon. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing and the staff is INCREDIBLE!!! VERY HELPFUL and knowledgeable! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for appliances. Store itself is very welcoming :) great experience.
