He is an absolute expert who clearly takes pride in his craft - he was informative, thorough, and took the time to explain exactly how he was securing the manifold and grounding the system to ensure everything was 100% safe and up to code. The office support was just as impressive. Natasha helped coordinate everything in short order, making a stressful situation much easier to manage. Heard great things about the company and called for an estimate, not an emergency but needed an estimate for work to resolve an ongoing issue. Dan the plumber supposed to stop by Friday 12-4 but get a call at 5:30p saying running late. Not a big deal. We reschedule for Saturday 11-1. Get a call at 3p having issues with a radiator. He assures me he will be out first thing Sunday morning. Get the confirmation automatic text from Roger Ross. Sunday goes by no call no show. Blatantly disrespectful and a waste of my time. Will never call them for anything no matter how mundane the issue. I can't trust them to show up when they are supposed to how can I trust them to do the right thing when it comes to working in my house.
