Derealy was my technician I was in a critical position because my furnace was only blowing cool air and my thermostat was not working at all . Dearly completely did an inspection and cleaning and overhaul of my furnace. She also had to to install a new thermostat. Not only did she do a complete cleaning and service of my furnace she also checked my vents for air flow and was able to give me an educational overview of what I should be looking for and how to know when I needed Mountain Heating and Cooling to come back . Because of her service and the overall service of the company I have initiated an annual service Safety check on both my furnace and air conditioning . Derea was friendly professional very knowledgeable and I know way more today about how to take care of my furnace and air conditioning because of her. She is a great asset to Mountain Heating and Cooling. I will definitely use Mountain Heating and Cooling for all my further needs.
