This was truly an awesome experience from beginning to end! On time for the consultation, no pressure sales, listened to what we wanted, on time for installation , professional and quick install AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARD!!! I am completely happy with this company and recommend them wholeheartedly!!!
Rude service tech and extremely arrogant. Took one look at our furnace and said it was too old and he wouldn’t even touch it. My wife asked him to check for CO. So he was here for ten minutes, charged $105. I wouldn’t use these guys ever again
Called RMCC to come look at our AC. Tech arrived and went downstairs. He pulled the filter out and said this is one of the problems. Threw it on the floor and told the wife they will not work on this system as its 40 years old (the AC is only 20 years old). It can’t be repaired. He said we needed to order a new system by tomorrow ($10,000) because they are backed up and it would be Sept. before they could install it. If we didn’t replace it and our heater goes out in the winter they will not come out and work on it. On the invoice it states “should not be repaired.” My question to my wife when she called me after hearing how our system is too... Called RMCC to come look at our AC. He said we needed to order a new system by tomorrow ($10,000) because they are backed up and it would be Sept. before they could install it. If we didn’t replace it and our heater goes out in the winter they will not come out and work on it. On the invoice it states “should not be repaired.” My question to my wife when she called me after hearing how our system is too old and nobody will work on it was “What needs to be repaired? What’s broken?” He never said. We just wanted a checkup on our system and figure out why the AC would freeze up. So after 5 minutes of trying to sell her a new system and not doing anything with the current system we were charged $105 and not even a new filter, the old one was still on the floor where the tech left it. 5 minutes for the entire SERVICE call and no diagnostics were done on anything. When the wife came home two hours later, the AC was not working. The wife went downstairs and found the panel that the tech removed, it was not put back on and was just leaning against the system. She installed it and the system began to work. So maybe she needs to bill them $200 for the work she had to perform to figure out that problem.
They replaced my inducer with a new one and told me it was only 105$, but it wasn't, that was the labor fee, and my heater still not working properly. 😕
