I needed work done on my garage door so googled and read reviews of companies that service the Rockford area. Unfortunately the first one I chose did not do a good job installing a new opener so I contacted Rock River Door Company in Rockton, IL to complete the project. What a huge difference between these two companies! After doing a 29-point inspection, RRDC's technician, Matt, replaced the torsion springs, cables, and rollers and then fixed the mistakes previously made on the opener by the other company. Matt is experienced and extremely competent, honest and trustworthy, and a true professional in every sense of that word. I would highly recommend that you choose RRDC first before calling any other company! You'll be able to sleep better at night knowing the job will be done right from the start.

Garage door broke Monday afternoon and they were out replacing the unit by Tuesday morning. Matt is an outstanding installer - skilled, thorough, efficient and personable. He obviously takes great pride in his work, down to the smallest detail. RR Door is extremely responsive and performs high quality work.
