Ray does a great cleaning our chimney every year. This year our fireplace wasn't working and we had been on a list with a fireplace company for 8 weeks. I called Ray to ask if he knew of other source for repair people. He offered to come look at the fireplace. He came within a hour and he was able to repair it. Wonderful!

Scheduled RJK in advance to chimney sweep grandparents chimney. He called the day of saying he was coming. Struggled to take apart fireplace insert and was rough with it. Ended up not putting all of the fan assembly back together and damaged. Now have to get a new fan. Left a mess at the stove as he was in a hurry for other jobs in the area. Rather rude and short with grandparents. Would not recommend.
