Paul was the window installer of our back sliding glass door. He was friendly, professional and willing to answer questions. He was very efficient, proficient, worked quickly and really seems to enjoy his work. He is greatly appreciated and a heart felt, “thank-you” is much deserved. Excellent working representative for River City Glass. They should be very proud to have this gentleman on their staff! A++ (10 out of 10) if I could.

Had a picture window replacement by them last year. They were EXCELLENT. They helped me understand the window market, helped me with the terminology, material options and LISTENED to what I wanted. The prices were very close to what I was expecting and they did what they said they would do WHEN they said they would do it. The installers were absolutly expert, caring, FOCUSED and they very carefully adapted the job to the 75 year old bones of my old house. The job went smooth still looks perfect. Thank you River City!

“TJ” & Nathan did a great job of installing. They are professional, courteous, respectful and kind. They get right to work and accomplish the job in a timely manner. They were on time when arriving! I really appreciate that. They cleaned up everything and took all the packaging with them so I didn’t need to dispose of it. Over all I couldn’t be more delighted with the service that they provided as well as Craig who came a couple of weeks ago to give me a quote and measure the area for the install. We are having the downstairs bathroom remodeled in our split level home. The representative came to measure the area for the door and glass side panel of the shower. He was quick and efficient. The installers arrived at the designated time. They did a great job with the installation making sure the glass door self centered so water would sheet off it into the shower itself. The workers cleaned up after themselves and left the room as they found it. This is the third time we have used Rivercity Glass and would not hesitate to use them again if we have a need for their services.
