I took a chance and called River City garage door repair owner by Larry Winningham. He came that same day. Offered a fantastic price for replacing for. Showed up on time when he said he would. Needed extra work, dud not charge for it. He was great. Great personality and friendly. Highly recommended.
My dad contacted Larry Winningham around 9:50a.m. this morning when they discovered the garage door spring had broken and they could not get out of the garage to go to a doctors appointment. Larry went right on over there, explained what had happened and what their best options were for the repair. Dad called me at 12:23p.m. and told me that Larry was finished, that he had repaired the door, that they were able to make the appointment, and that he was very professional and courteous. My parents do not have internet so they asked me to write this review. Larry, thanks for going above and beyond to care for a couple of senior citizens in a bind. They wanted to express their appreciation publicly. Thanks again!
Mr. Winningham has excellent customer service. He arrived to my property within a few hours after the call. He is very knowledgeable. He literally solved my problem within 5 secs. He volunterrily serviced my garage door and motor while he was there. No extra fees applied. He is very reasonable. He is now my go to man for all of my garage services. Try him. I guarentee you won't be disappointed.
