Will from Risen Electric was able to check our electrical problem hours after I called for service. On the phone, he told me what the problem may be based on the information I gave him, so he gave me preliminary estimates. He was right about the problem and the price was exactly what he estimated. When Will arrived, he was personable, professional, knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. Even though he was sure of the problem, he spend time double checking the issue and kept me informed so I felt he cared and wasn't in a hurry. I cannot say enough good things about Risen Electric and I will definitely use them in the future!
