This company was referred by a neighbor. I was apprehensive because I had not heard the company name. I met Sales Mgr. David K. He took care of everything including being there every step of the way from working with my Claims Adjuster to maximize the claim amount, being there when materials arrived, and he stopped by when the install was happening. I have no complaints whatsoever as they did quality work and David was always there to explain and make sure I was satisfied. These guys are the best roofing company I have used. My last roof was put on by Ferguson Roofing considered one of the top 5 biggest and best in St. Louis but there is no doubt I would recommend Right Choice to family and friends. I cannot say enough about Sales Mgr. David K. Best sales manager. I have dealt with many sales managers for years at my job and he is the best I have encountered.

Over the winter, I had lost a piece of facia off my second story. I called 4 different roofing companies. Right choice Roofing not only answered the phone, but had a person to my house that very afternoon. That’s when we found the hail damage. David stayed and helped me file the claim, he made sure to be at my house when the adjuster showed up, TWICE, and went to great lengths to match the color of the original facia. (No longer available, of course). I wholly recommend Right Choice Roofing because of their friendly, prompt and professional employees. GREAT COMPANY!!

The roof has held up well through several heavy storms since installation with no issues. Their customer service stood out as well; they were responsive, informative, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. After the job was done, they made sure the site was cleaned thoroughly, picking up nails and debris, which I really appreciated. While not the cheapest option, the quality, professionalism, and peace of mind made them well worth the investment. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable roofing work.
