They've treated us so good so far. I bent my ring while washing the dishes (it's rose gold so easily bent) and they fixed it in store quickly and really well. I really appreciate the great service!

Had a ring sized smaller, and it came back still too large. I told the girl it needed to be a whole size smaller. It was sent in again, and it is still so large it almost falls off my finger. It’s like they didn’t even do anything the second time it was sent it in. They had my ring two weeks each time (a whole month) and couldn’t get it right (or even close). I cannot wear it on my ring finger for fear of losing it.

Normally I am very happy with them but this time I took my wedding ring in to have a diamond put in and they had the ring since March now remind you i was given this ring to my son so he could pursues to his girlfriend and I still have not got the ring yet so he asked her without the ring

Great store. I have purchased more than 5 Dimond jewelers. And all of them are still in good shape. Talking about times 4 years ago. The employees were super nice and helpful. Dont know how this shop is doing now
