It is Thursday 4 pm. We had an appointment yesterday, Wednesday, at 8:30am to have our car looked at. In almost 2 days they did nothing but lie, never look at the car and broke the side seat control panel! DO NOT EVER USE THEM

Very rude owner, 104 degrees outside. Our 2016 Chevy Tahoe A/C wasn't working. I called into the shop, I was told to bring it in at 2:00 p.m.. I pulled my vehicle halfway into the shop door so it could be shaded. Very hot outside. The owner jumped up out of his chair and began to chastise me and get after me about pulling into the shop. I explained I was trying to keep it shaded because it was so hot outside. He was extremely rude. I do not recommend going here

Made an 8:30am drop off for friday to get AC charged. Told me they will call when done. Ubered home $15.00. 4:30pm no call yet. Uber back because they close at 5pm $15.00 Arrived to see truck in same spot, went in and asked if truck was done and he said NO. I asked so it will be done by 5pm he said NO and told me i can bring it back Monday. Are you flipping kidding man, seriously. Never ever would i take my vehicles there again your service and communication sucks to say the least. Richards automotive owes me 30 bucks for failure to do the job they said they could do and xost me money

I had my car there to have spark plugs and coil wires replaced he said only one was needed about a month later it was doing the same thing I didn't trust him so I took it to another shop they found that he never changed the coil I feel I should have been refunded at least 150. For what he never did I was calm and polite he began using foul language to get out of his shop. I will never go to them again he is not honest at all. I found the greatest shop I wish I could tell you the name be aware of that shop

The best auto repair shop I have ever been to. They could have very easily taken advantage of the situation and Charged me over a thousand dollars but the owner Bill is a Honest business man. I thought my Air conditioning went out, and I went in to Richard's Auto Repair to have it checked out. I thought at the very least it was low on Freon. To my surprise, it was just the filters needed to be cleaned. He didn't even charge me the Summer Special rate for AC service of $40. In fact he didn't charge me anything! You got to like that!
