R&G Water Systems, Inc.

I have terrible water coming out of the well. I have used 4 different water Companies in the last 32 years. I have used R & G for many years now. Rick, the owner, is a stand-up guy who bends over backwards to be responsive and make things right. Rocky (actual name also Rick) is the only technician who has been able to make my very complex system work as it should. Rocky stays late when necessary, works in the cold and keeps his good humor in spite of the frustrating system I have. I cannot recommend R & G and Rocky highly enough!

We woke up this morning without any water in the house. We called and spoke with Rick, who said that he would send a technician out to our house to help us. They were prompt and explained to us that our well pump was no longer working and that we needed to replace it. They were reasonable with their prices, which was nice because we had received a price from another company and it was way out of our ball park of what we wanted to spend. They fixed the issue very quickly, and got water back for us! VERY THANKFUL for R&G. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
