Thank you Reuben Borg Fence, and Gerald, a project manager there. Our new front fence, complete with 2 gates and an arched arbor, is absolutely beautiful. And the best part of this fence project? Demolition of the old and construction of the new took just 2 days! We knew about Reuben Borg Fence because a neighbor had them replace part of their back fence a year ago. I was really impressed because Gerald personally met with us to make sure all the neighbors who share this fence were happy. So, last month, when we realized our entire front fence needed replacing, we called Reuben Borg Fence and asked Gerald to prepare the bid. He listened to what we wanted, took photos of the old arbor we wanted replaced, and even suggested some cool design ideas, like a piano key lattice on the fence. The foreman, Jose, and his crew did an amazing job, making sure to ask us about construction details we hadn’t even thought of. Jose’s talent really shines in the new arbor!

I typically don’t leave negative reviews but in this case Reuben Borg Fencing’s defective work and lack of professionalism was so egregious that I feel responsible for alerting their prospective clients. We hired them to install fencing around our property including the application of a dark stain. Despite numerous pleas to take appropriate precautions to ensure that our brand new home wasn’t damaged by the stain, they failed to do so and their negligence led to major property damage in the form of stained stucco and concrete pavers. In addition, they failed to apply consistent staining leading to mismatching sections of fence. The aftermath was almost as bad as they refused to take responsibility and were incapable of remedying any of their defective work. As you do your comparisons, you’ll realize that Reuben Borg fencing is charging a premium for what should be superior work. Unfortunately, what we received was inferior and unprofessional work and months of headaches. I strongly encourage you to avoid Reuben Borg Fencing and to find another fencing contractor - there are plenty of quality options to choose from.

My experience with Reuben Borg Fence Company was excellent from start to finish. Gerald, the sales representative, was absolutely great. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The morning of the installation Gerald came out with the crew to go over the details. The crew build a 125 foot ranch style vinyl fence along my corner lot property. They were great to work with and their attention to detail was clearly evident from the result of their beautiful work. They left my yard spotless. I just love my new fence.
