Restore 24 and their crew were amazing!! We had a terrible garage fire that damaged the whole interior of our home & garage. They were helping us within 2 days!! All were very sympathetic for our loss and very professional. I will highly recommend this company. Thank you all. V And Dean Nelson
I do not recommend this company. After my Mother in Laws house was totalled due to a fire the insurance company hired restore 24 to salvage her belongings. They decided what she kept and what they allegedly threw out. She was charged $20,000 and only got back things that she doesn't need.
This place by far are the worst company to call! They cut every corner possible, unprofessional. When your thinking these have to be the worst people to hire your wrong cause the next day they show up with people probably not qualified to use tools what so ever. They're there to collect the insurance check from your misfortune. Then when you think it's over they can't do it much worse. Your hiring a different contractor to just finish and clean up the screw up and unfinished work.
I have worked with Jim and Scott at Restore 24 on multiple projects over the past few years. Attention to detail, punctuality, and communication has been spot on~always a pleasure to work with.
