I had an unexpected flood in my basement over the weekend. , I was referred to Resortation 1, I received a call from Troy who told me he was on his way within a timeframe that he met, he was efficient & knowledgeable. He contacted a plumber who came and found the source of the issue. Troy explained the process step by step which calmed down much of my anxiety . They were always responsive to all of my communications and questions . The next day the crew came and removed all the wet areas. They cleaned up neatly and were professional . This company met all my expectation . I will refer them to everyone and will use them again . So appreciative . Thank you Resortation 1.

Restoration 1 responded immediately when the water supply pipe to our toilet busted and I had an inch and a half of standing water on my lower level. Troy and Carlo came out and got to work right away accessing the situation for insurance purposes and getting their crew on clean up duty. They took care of dry wall removal, flooring removal, drying out the area, taking pics,...I didn't have to worry about a thing. They were also able to recommend a contractor for repairs/remodel. Troy answered every question I had, and was available even after the work was complete. Both Troy and Carlo came by to make sure everything went well. The rest of the crew was clean, efficient and super friendly. Everyone just kept saying not to worry about anything and they would take care of everything. Highly recommend these guys!!! Troy was very responsive when contacted about getting a proposal.to remediate some mold on a bathroom ceiling due to moisture. The proposal was reasonable and we asked to proceed. The team arrived on time. They did the work as agreed and kept their work area clean. Once done, they coordinated with the restoration contractor who needed to repair wall board, tile and paint. If we need this service in the future, we will be calling Restoration 1 first.

Restoration 1 would get 10 stars from me if it were possible. Within 30 minutes after I called there was a team of 6 men with all the necessary gear required to remove 2” of standing water in my newly renovated mudroom. Troy calmly walked in, assessed what needed to be done, gave me a few options, provided a very reasonable fee and began clean up. Within an hour the problem was mitigated and I was able to salvage what could have been a much bigger disaster! Two days later they returned to remove the fans and humidifier they left running to completely air out any remaining humidity and my renovation remained totally intact. I honestly was so fortunate to locate these guys and could not give them a high enough recommendation. Cordial, professional, compassionate, effective, well-priced and efficient! What more could any homeowner want?
