ICS is a great company that provides excellent Business IT support for businesses. They are always available when we need them, and they are very quick to respond to any issues we may have. Their prices are very reasonable, and they always provide us with great service. We would highly recommend ICS to any business that needs business IT services.
Buyer BEWARE!!! I purchased a Fortinet firewall in 2021 from ICS and a three year license through them. My license has now expired and I want to purchase my own license for this fully purchased firewall. ICS is now dragging its feet to release the firewall ownership (although I bought it from them and have the receipt with the serial number of my firewall). I have fulfilled my contract with ICS and am simply wanting to take over my license to my equipment. The owner, Jim claims they need to ask their legal counsel as no one has ever decided not to renew their license through them. I have been a loyal customer for many years under the pre... I would read their contracts very carefully as there are often long term (5 yr) commitments woven into them.
