Rentmeister called me to offer a complementary service on my new unit. Was able to get it schedule right away. Ben showed up punctual and listened and addressed all my concerns. I had an issue with the noise level and they are taking care of it. Would recommend this company.
Had my water heater replaced today. Was grateful as I called in the morning about a gas leak, and they came same day to check it out. They quickly identified the leak and said they could fix it, but would need to take the water heater out to fix it, so we opted to replace the entire thing as mine was already 6 years old. They had everything on the truck and stayed late to get it finished, which was so appreciated. Would have rated 5 stars, except I had to vacuum and shampoo some stains out of my carpet after they left. Overall great service.
We had such an honest tech! We signed up for the gold plan for HVAC maintenance. After visiting our home, he advised us that with our new system, the silver plan would be sufficient. That is 100$ cheaper per year. He gave advise in the best interest of his client. This impressed me. Rentmiester has our loyalty from now on!

Woke up Sunday to a cold house and my furnace not igniting, so I reached out to Rentmeister based on a family recommendation. I decided to pay the base costs explained to me to have someone come out to at least diagnose. The technician was super informative, taught me a few things I should be doing to help my system, and had the issue rectified super fast. I wasn’t gouged for a weekend call and learned some things! I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome for a weekend call!
