Rely Appliance

We called for a repair and was charged $180. Just for Him to come out and diagnose the problems. It took him all of 5 minutes to tear our washing machine apart. And left it that way and said he would be back Wednesday which was 4 days to get the parts.i could have the oarts from Amazon the next morning but we stuck with him since he did diagnose it. BTW Amazon parts where name brand and new for $27. No shipping fee. When we called Wednesday morning at 10:10am (they open at 10) to see what time we were on the books to be repaired so we could plan our day. He was extremely rude to my husband and said "He don't have a clue he literally just walked in the door and also said he NEVER said anything about him coming back on Wednesday which was untrue. HE THEN shows up at our house and greeted with a Good Morning and he NEVER responds. My husband asks him if he had alot of repair for the day...again he NEVER responds. He was there about 45 minutes gets up and hands us a written bill for $275. Which i pay thinking our washing machine is fixed. He leaves and we began washing clothes becausewe haven't had a washing machine in 5 days. It starts making a schreeching sound that was horrible, we immidiately call them back and he says he can't come back today go ahead use it and he will come back tomorrow (this is like12:30pm) Then next morning around 11am he shows up attitude was even worse works on it for almost 2 ½ hours and says it's because change is in there and that He couldn't get the Tub in its correct spot. He worked for about another 30 minutes and stands up and says he gives up that he's done all He can do. Long story short He literally took our money and left our machinein worse shape. Our machine started leaking oil and was not repairable. Went also to get a heating element and sensors for our dryer about a week later and charged $57 for that which again i could get from Amazon for $30 the next day...NEW. not the same person but same company.
