The Service that was performed at my house by Reliable Solutions Atlanta was Water-damage-related cleanup & Repair. They also did Encapsulation, Mold Removal, and concrete work. They put in a new side walk area after the water mitigation. My new concrete side walk is beautiful...excellent and stellar!!! I had water leaking into my basement during heavy rains. I called several waterproofing companies to assess the situation. Alex with Reliable Solutions gave me the best option. They got me on the schedule promptly and completed the necessary repairs from the outside without having to tear up my finished basement. His team was very professional and finished the waterproofing in less than 2 days and cleaned up everything without destroying any landscaping, and gave me a 10-year warranty on the work. We highly recommend Reliable Solutions ATL for any of your waterproofing needs. We had a drainage problem in our house causing water to sit in our back yard. Alex was very knowledgeable and detailed in helping us find the best solution to our drainage problem. The Reliable Solutions staff are very professional, and punctual. Too many times I’d gone to the crawlspace after a hard rain to find water that I had to bail out with small vessels or soak up with old towels. The sand bags that I had placed around the water heater and also outside along the wall of my 105-year-old house didn’t work. They were very quick and efficient drawing out all the water and getting my home right back in its original state.
