Incredible, I came home at 11:00pm to 84 degrees upstairs. I immediately called Reliable Heating and Air, I’ve got a maintenance contract. I expected a recording, I got a person, friendly, efficient professional customer service representative. She was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning 8-12. My appointment was confirmed at 7am. I was notified when the tech was on his way and the tech called when he arrived. The tech arrived at 8:57 My unit was inspected and repaired in less than an hour. The technician when above and beyond in providing service!! I could not be more pleased with Reliable Heating and Air and the technician that serviced my unit. Without reserve I would highly recommend Reliable Heating and Air. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Reliable absolutely lives up to their name! From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch. Sara, our sales rep, was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to clearly explain exactly what we were getting and walked us through the differences between the two systems so we could make the right decision. There was zero pressure — just honest, straightforward information and great communication. That alone set them apart. Evan and Kayla, the installation crew, were just as impressive. They took their time and were extremely thorough with the install. Everything was done right — no shortcuts. They cleaned up completely and hauled off all of the old equipment, leaving the space better than they found it. You can tell they take pride in their work. As a whole, Reliable has some absolute rockstars working for them. It’s rare to find a company where every person you deal with is this professional and detail-oriented. Very impressed all the way around. Give them all a raise! 👏

I had a wonderful experience with Reliable Heating & Air! My home comfort advisor, Michael Peay, was extremely professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He guided me step by step through the entire process, explaining what would happen and what to expect. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. He made everything so easy. I honestly wish I had called sooner! Chad Colquitt, who installed my water heater, was also polite, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. He explained what he was going to do, completed the job efficiently, and left everything clean and perfectly done.
