My name is Kim and I am the tenant in Merrillville that your company sent the specialist to. His name is Greg. And I had to ask can I give a comment for service rendered He is awesome. He's a young man that that I noticed , within 10 minutes, that is very detail oriented. Displayed patience in trying to not only address the issue but put "effort" into trying to locate and identify the issue. Over the past three years I've been a tenant I've experienced previous plumbers services... Three to be exact and I noticed immediately he spent more time in rooting , going outside twice to try to locate pipes, and generally I felt he really REALLY intended to rectify the problem In addition, he inadvertently located an issue I am having that had been a result of me spending over $225 addressing a gnat serious condition that was about to make me move forward to relocate to another place. I'm so thankful that he found the source being the type of technician he is. Excellent service. Gregg and Matt are hardworking,honest and humble. They kept their word on schedule time and went above and beyond. Lots of patience and professionalism in my bad situation. Really glad I found them and called for my main sewer. I have to have them return for further work but I am happy with a peaceful mind that there are great people that I can reach out to for my issues.
