Laurie is an expert. She is smart, conscientious and professional. Knows her stuff and is a pleasure to deal with. Fixed my ice maker/filtered water in door that was leaking. Came out on a Saturday! And it’s even better than before. Highly recommend!!! She will not let you down!
I called and left a message, and Laurie got back to me in a little over 24 hours. She came to take a look at my dryer a few hours after she called, and was able to replace the belt on the spot. She made an appointment to come back the next business day to do a thorough cleaning and to replace a bearing support assembly. Very kind and knowledgeable, and offered helpful advice for future cleaning. Will definitely call on her for any future needs.
The call to book the service was super quick and easy. Appointment was made for the next day at a reasonable time with a small window. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The price for a visit and repair was reasonable. As a bonus, I got a lesson in how to care for my dryer so it will last longer and dry better. I have added this number to my contacts and will be calling them if I ever need anything. Highly recommended!
Bob and Laurie were awesome. My dryer was not heating I called them and they came the same day had the part with them. Cleaned my dryer replaced the part and let me know what the issue was. Very professional and such nice people. I am saving their info and will definitely use them again. A friend of mine needs repairs on an appliance and I quickly gave him Bob and Laurie!
