I love going to Reile’s Clock Repair and supporting a small family owned business. They are quick and efficient in their repairs. They’re also super kind and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. I would highly encourage anyone who needs their clocks cleaned or repaired to go to Reile’s Clock Repair!
I've been looking for a good clock repair shop for a couple of years and I have found the best here in Bismarck I not only have had my clocks cleaned and repaird but but also purchased from there I could not be happier love, love love them. P.S. I'm not family lol
Excellent customer service. They went above and beyond; even going so far as to help us by supplying a spare clock key to ensure that our clock was properly wound when the original went missing.
Great service. Took the old clock I got from my grandma, cleaned it up and got it running like a dream. Gave me great tips on keeping it wound and in good condition. Also great couple to just sit and talk to they have a real passion for this and are amazing in their knowledge and service. Will definitely be using again. Used them a second time. Same great service. The only clock place I would trust my families and my clocks too. They have the second clock running amazing. Great to see these family heirlooms looking and running so amazing.
