Absolutely outstanding. From the initial phone call to first visit, agreeing the process, paying the deposit, mid job photos and the delivery of the finished piece, Rick is just brilliant at what he does. The workmanship and attention to detail is incredible, his lovely, gentlemanly persona and his commitment to ensuring we were happy was so refreshing. We can’t thank him enough for doing such an incredible job. Will definitely be putting all our future work with his company!

Rick did an amazing job on our front door--the wood was bleached from the sun and very dull. He came out on the day we agreed on as scheduled, removed the door, and took it back to his shop and arrived exactly one week later as promised with the newly refinished door. He has this neat system to block the empty doorway with a wood panel, and he uses no screws on the doorway so it isn't damaged while the door is being refinished. Rick is very nice and easy to work with, and again, he did an amazing job on our front door! I highly recommend him.

Recommended - We had a great experience with Rick and the services they proved. We have a white media console from Arhaus that yellowed, and they expertly explained the detailed process for UV protection and refinishing. Fair pricing, punctual delivery, and pickup were highlights. The only minor issue was a delayed initial email response, but overall, excellent service. It took me a while in research to find and down-select to them, but glad I did. Now looking to see what other furniture we might refinish vs rebuy.
