She handled everything seamlessly, including making sure my rental car was set up and waiting for me the moment I dropped my car off. That level of organization and care immediately put me at ease. Throughout the process, I worked directly with Pete, and he was outstanding. His communication was clear, consistent, and honest from day one. He walked me through what to expect, kept me updated along the way, and offered straightforward advice that made the entire experience stress free. This was the first time I ever had to deal with an accident and body repair, and I genuinely could not be happier with how smoothly everything went.
