I took my car in for a transmission flush 3 days ago. The cost of the bill was $550… it’s day 3 of not getting my car back and my bill is now at $1,120. The shop ignores all my calls and when I showed up in person they said they didn’t know what happened to my car but it no longer turns on and said they would fix it since it was their fault….. they’re about to close and now when I call they answer and click on me and I can’t seem to get through anymore.
Been a technician for 5 years took my truck to get a trans rebuilt since it was warranty work 5 days after it was out motor blew up. Motor was replaced by a brand new one bearly had 20k miles and blew up. Something in the transmission locks up and makes the motor lock up and blow up it happened to us twice once it was my brother with a Chevy Cruze and now I had to deal with it definitely don’t recommend
Passed by this place many times and then one day needed trans work. Figured I'd give them a try. Not only did they quote me the best price but the service and quality of work is first rate. Ive had trans work done before on other vehicles but never to this standard of competence and timeliness. They also rebuilt MY trans.. not just a swap out!
