Pat from Ram Jack inspected the foundation of an older building my company had recently purchased. The floor was uneven and had sunk down in a few areas. Pat is knowledgeable and provided helpful suggestions and referrals. As it turned out the foundation was in acceptable condition and did not need repair at this time. I had a good experience with Ram Jack, and I plan to hire them to measure our foundation to create a baseline we can track over time.

I initially contacted Ram Jack as I was concerned about my brick cracking and a neighbor said check your foundation. Brian recommended a floor level survey, which then came back with a report about a month later with recommendations and a quote. I had three piers installed and some foam under the foundation as recommended. I found all the staff to be very courteous and answer any questions I had during the process. Checking in from time to time for any updates and scheduling of the work. The process took about six months to complete from initial contact to end with several months waiting for city permits. I would definitely call them again for any future needs and recommended them to any of my neighbors or friends. They weren't high pressure sales and know their business.

After a thorough evaluation they determined I needed to move some heavy furniture away from the wall and regrade my yard. What I expected to be a 5 digit quote from them to resolve a major foundation issue instead came back as something I could do myself. I appreciate the integrity behind their evaluation and will trust them with any future structural needs I have.
