Ragnar Floors | Refinish Wood Floors

We had about 700 sq. ft. of maple flooring refinished by Ragnar Floors. The floors had a factory finish that is difficult to remove and also had heavy scratching and damage from previous owners and large pets. There was an issue with the first round of refinishing that we were not happy with. Ultimately, Jason (the owner) addressed our concerns promptly and transparently and ensured that we were happy with the final result. Jason was always happy to answer questions, was a good communicator, and easy to work with from start to finish. The floors look nearly new and the matte/satin finish looks fantastic.
