Quick Phone Fix & Computer Repair - Ferndale / Detroit (Verizon Prepaid / AT&T Prepaid / T-Mobile Prepaid / Xfinity Internet)

I went to have 4 screens fixed on phones that where needed for court proceedings. These phones contained irreplaceable data. Instead of being honest and doing what we agreed they swapped my motherboards on the devices erasing and loosing pivotal data needed. I was never informed that this procedure was done but I noticed the phone number to one of my devices wasn't showing correctly and that when I learned of what they did. They where rude and uncompassionate to the situation and instead of remedying the situation the proceeded to say that swapping the motherboard is the exact same thing as fixing the phone screen. Even though the processes and results of doing either are completely different and required for different reasons than a simple screen fix. I was refunded but not before I was given my phones back in inoperable states with 2 having not being put back together with the screws absent and motherboards literally hanging and other interior parts being missing or damaged as well which I believe was intentional based on the attitudes and lack luster efforts to accept responsibility and correct there wrong doings. This is my last effort in reaching out before I file in court.
