Quartus Technology

Hi, I felt compelled to write a review concerning Quartus Technologies and share my experience with them. After seeing all of the gun violence happening in this country and realizing that there was no system in place to warn people about an Active Shooter Situation I needed to do something. With my background in the Coast Guard and anti-terrorism training and support, and as an officer, I had an in depth understanding of senseless violence and realized there needed to be some sort of warning system similar to the AMBER alert system. I decided to design a universal phone application that would enable a person to notify "911" services by text, with GPS location, notify police and EMS instantly and notify anyone within 1,000 feet of the Active Shooter Alert so they can flee the area and also track the shooter with an active triangulation system as well as other features. I mention all of these details of the system to get across how complicated this application is compared to most phone apps. I searched for someone that could do this high level programming, but also do it at an incredible price, and within my budget. After doing a lot of research I signed contracts with Quartus Technologies and the project began. They were incredible. They understood my vision and took my program description and brought my phone screens to life. They happily modified and improved the program as we proceeded. Whenever I needed them, they were available, invested and made suggestions to make the application even better. Meeting after meeting, BETA version after version we improved the application. They knew the sole purpose of this program was to save lives and they made it personal. They provided professional services and worked hard to produce this application and I highly recommend them for any project you may have. We had the need for a special app that required world class audio quality with ultra-low latency, noise reduction/noise cancellation, while incorporating multiple touch point Bluetooth integration, all with a simple intuitive, user-friendly interface. After conducting an extensive beauty contest, we chose Quartus Technology over all the others as they not only understood the requirement but quickly demonstrated the experience and know how to execute on such a highly complex assignment and then produced the deliverable on schedule and within budget.
